Driving around the Vegas Valley, you will notice an abundance of Vietnamese restaurants. Trying to decide which one to eat at can be a difficult decision. Sure you can check food apps, but I have always found them to be inconsistent or unreliable. For one, you don’t know if its the owner’s friends writing the amazing review or a disgruntled customer who was having the worst day of his/her life giving the negative review. And secondly, taste is personal.
Pho Saigon 8 has been our go-to restaurant simply because the food is great, service is fast, and it’s within a five minute drive from our house. We know exactly what we want and what we are going to get. The pho is consistently good and their spring rolls with peanut sauce is a perfect compliment. They have two locations, one on Eastern Ave. (off the 215) and another one in Chinatown.
